Becca is an award-winning interior designer with more than 18 years of industry experience. Her design education began in the College of Architecture at Virginia Tech, where she earned a degree in Kitchen and Bath Design — technical training that shapes everything about how she works today, and what separates her from a decorator. Becca doesn't just style a finished room; she designs plans, walks job sites, and solves the layout and construction problems that make a space work in the first place.
That foundation was built early. Becca began her career in residential new construction with a homebuilder, where she designed model homes, produced renderings and plans, managed estimating and purchasing, and ran the design center — working with homeowners to design and customize their perfect new home. It's an experience that still defines her studio's value today: for builders and developers, Becca is a partner who understands the pace of a construction schedule and the pressure of a budget as fluently as she understands a finish palette. For homeowners, she's a designer who can translate a vision into something buildable, and see it through to the last detail.
At the heart of Becca's process is genuinely getting to know the people she's designing for — not just what they say they like, but who they are. She'll ask how someone takes their coffee, what they do on a Saturday afternoon, which hobby they never seem to have enough room for. Those small details are what turn a house into a fully bespoke experience — a space that's unmistakably theirs, down to the details they didn't think to ask for.

LISA F. BOVITCH
Lisa is an NCIDQ-certified and Florida-registered interior designer with a passion for creating environments that are both highly functional and beautifully refined. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida College of Design, Construction, and Planning, where she built a strong foundation in architecture-driven interior design. With experience spanning boutique studios and large architectural firms, Lisa brings a versatile and technically grounded approach to both residential and commercial projects.
As Senior Interior Designer and Technical Lead at Becca Reynolds Interiors, Lisa specializes in CAD drawing, product specification, and procurement, helping guide projects seamlessly from concept through completion. Outside of design, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and draws ongoing inspiration from art, photography, travel, and the outdoors — experiences that continue to shape her thoughtful and well-balanced design perspective.
Brittany is a relationship-driven professional with more than 10 years of experience in project management, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, event planning, and program leadership. Her diverse background spans higher education, financial services, customer relations, and entrepreneurship, where she has built strategic partnerships and led initiatives that create meaningful engagement and growth.
Most recently, Brittany served as a Senior Program Advisor & Project Lead at the University of South Florida, supporting professional development and workforce education initiatives while building community and corporate partnerships. She is also the Founder and Principal of Britt’s Bridal & Special Event Planning, LLC, where she has planned and executed more than 300 weddings, special events, and community programs, including retreats for celebrity clientele. Brittany is passionate about exceptional service, meaningful relationships, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Gianna is a multidisciplinary design professional whose background spans interior design, textiles, visual communication, brand development, and content creation. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textiles and Surface Design from Kennesaw State University, graduating early with Magna Cum Laude honors. Her design education developed a trained eye for color, material, texture, scale, and composition. These skills inform her approach to sourcing, material and finish selections, and evaluating how individual design elements work together within the overall project vision.
At Becca Reynolds Interiors, Gianna works across the creative and operational sides of the studio, contributing to design development, sourcing and specification, project coordination, client presentations, business development, brand strategy, and marketing. Her cross-functional role helps maintain continuity between the firm’s design vision, client experience, and overall brand. Bringing a discerning eye to each project, the thoughtful integration of collected elements curates interiors that feel sophisticated, intentional, and distinctly personal.
Outside of the studio, Gianna’s creative curiosity carries into many areas of her life. She loves traveling and exploring new creative outlets. Whether through the architecture of a new city, a thoughtfully designed restaurant, or an unexpected vintage find, she is constantly gathering inspiration from the world around her.
